Best doctor's office ever...Dr. Hall is so attentive she always takes the time to answer all my questions and ask all the right questions. I never ever feel rush and she is always available to answer any needs even Though text. Also great location, office is always super clean and festive and the rest of the employees are also very attentive and nice. Ps: I live 50 minutes away and I drive all the way here cause is worth it

Working with Dr.Muzzonigro and being covered for emergency care through Liberty Direct has been immensely helpful for me. Dr.Muzzi takes her time to discuss all aspects of my physical and mental health (asn we laugh a lot because she's hilarious) and with the cost for Liberty and the monthly charge for Optimum Direct Care I still pay less than my friends pay for terrible coverage.

Dr Muzzonigro is a skilled physician who truly cares about the well-being her patients. She takes the time necessary to understand the health needs of her patients. Her assistant Erin and office manager Kenia are the best, They offer a level personalized Healthcare that hard to find.

Becoming a patient of Dr. Muzzi has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health. This year has been my first without traditional health insurance, and I had wanted to join a direct care practice for some time (as I had done extensive research on the benefits). I'm so glad I found Dr. Muzzi! I truly have never felt as though I've received as good of care before. She and her office respond quickly to questions, and she helped point out potential "red flag" areas of my health that other healthcare providers had overlooked or didn't care to look into. I plan to be a patient for a very long time, and encourage anyone I know to go the direct care route as often as possible.

Their google reviews seemed on another level so my husband and I decided to give ODC a try last week. Everything was true. Dr. Muzzi was super sweet and enjoyable to talk with. She was knowledgable about preventative health through diet, supplements, anti and pro inflammatory effects of both. She and Erin are good humored and well read. I love Optimum Direct. Dr. Muzzi is smart, patient, kind a great listener. Erin is amazing - she is always on top of everything and is truly loving. Kenya is the best! Anytime I have to make a last minute appointment for something important they always try to squeeze me in. Very nice, friendly and never a long wait.

A friend of mine told my husband and me about Dr. Muzzi and Optimum Direct Care. My husband, a skeptic, said he would check it out, and we were both amazed at the level of knowledge and service we received. And - for the money - it's AMAZING! First of all, we absolutely LOVE Dr. Muzzi, Nurse Erin, and Assistant Kenia. These are three of the most caring, compassionate, and efficient people we have ever met in the medical field. This concierge-type service is perfect for anyone who likes to be able to take time to actually TALK to the doctor. In my initial examination, we talked and reviewed my records for an hour and a half! Dr. Muzzi was not rushed, was relaxed, and asked many questions. After my initial exam, we came up with a plan of action and I actually felt like someone was LISTENING to me and not just pushing me through a 10 minute appointment like a piece of cattle. Dr. Muzzi was SO knowledgeable, took time to understand and ask questions, and followed up. It was because of the quick action and astuteness of Nurse Erin and Dr. Muzzi that someone in my family avoided having a heart attack! I feel comfortable calling Erin and Dr. Muzzi at any time, and they are able to look at pictures or FaceTime to determine whether or not we need to drive in to see them. Additionally, we can get all our prescriptions through the Optimum Direct office which is much less expensive and, since we have no insurance, we pay a lower cash rate for any specialist we may need to see. It is so refreshing when we call the office and speak with Kenia. We can tell she loves her job. If we have a question she can't answer, she finds the answer and gets right back to us. I just can't say enough about Dr. Muzzi and Optimum Direct Care. In fact, many of my friends now use this concierge service as well!

My husband and I travel almost an hour each way to see Dr. Muzzi. We always feel that she takes the time we need to answer our questions and listens to our concerns. She is always available to us via phone or text and responds promptly when we need her. Optimum Direct Care gives personalized, caring service and we are so glad to have found this primary care physician. Her office is warm and welcoming, and so is her staff. We love them all!

When I moved from California, I was having a few medical issues that would require a great deal of time .. much more then the typical practice. In California, I had a wonderful doctor who was part of a concierge service, and I wanted to find a similar practice here in FL. After searching, I ended up contacting Optimum Direct Care to see what everything was like. Everybody was extremely nice and very detailed in their work. Whether it's getting my blood taken, scheduling follow ups or even having recommendations for other specialists, I feel 100% confident that ODC will take care of me. The best alternative to urgent care services and paying for insurance. I happened to be one of those in the economic level that Obama care completely destroyed affordable insurance for myself. I found myself using companies like Paramount and urgent care to handle my medical services. Then I found OPTIMUM CARE DIRECT and Dr. Muzzi. What a fantastic concept! It’s like having your own private doctor on call. Dr Muzzi is absolutely fantastic. She is like a doctor detective. I went in with terrible migraines and a serious stomach issues and joint problems. She has solved each and everyone of those problems at very little cost and no need for specialist or costly special exams. The best part about optimum direct care and Dr Muzzi, they communicate primarily by text. I mean can you believe a doctor that you can text directly. Many times she’s able to solve issues and provide prescriptions simply with text communication. Redundant or unnecessary visits are nonexistent with OPTIMUM CARE DIRECT. She simply does what needs to be done to get you fixed and healthy. *If the cost of insurance is too high for yourself. *If the cost of urgent care and waiting in line for three hours to see a doctor is too much for you to take.
